Mr. Yates did a phenomenal job at finding a house that I could raise a family in. I told him what me and wife wanted in our house which was we wanted a nice kitchen, at least 2 full bath, and a good safe neighborhood. And he found everything we needed we had a few step backs but he was very nice and worked with me. He negotiated with the seller on what we wanted and also what would help us in the long run that I didn’t know we needed due it being our first home. I would recommend him to others 10/10
